(1)
The country is made up of people.
People make the country.
The people choose one leader,
One leader makes the country.

(2)
The ideal leader knows who to trust.
Everyone.
The ideal leader knows what questions to ask.
Questions asked to them.
The ideal leader knows where the answers lie.
Himself.
The ideal leader knows when to act.
Not immediately.
The ideal leader knows why they govern.

To spread positivity.
The ideal leader knows how to influence.
By listening.

The citizens are filled with questions.
Ask the citizens these questions,
and the questions will answer themselves.

(3)
Convince those what they want,
is what you wanted for them all along.

The best influence occurs when:
They believe you seek knowledge from them.
They believe you give them power.
They believe you care about their interests.
They believe you enjoy their presence.

The best influence occurs when you genuinely:
Seek knowledge from others.
Give others the power.
Care about other’s interests.

Enjoy other’s presence.

(4)
Respect is only gained from others,
when you give others respect.
But the best kind of respect given,
is to those who do not respect you.

When you trust the people,
the people will trust you.
Show trust to others by actions,
and others will trust you.
Decide to trust the citizens after deceit,
and the citizens will choose to trust you.
But the best kind of trust,
is trusting those who do not trust you.

(5)
Speak less but say more.
Do less and produce more.
Emphasize less and insight grows more.

You hold the nation’s key ingredients:
Listen, watch, ask.
To conjure a nation made up of people:
Speaking more, producing more, thinking more.
Isn’t this what you wanted all along?
